Effective: 1/1/2014 Orders

Orders placed through the website are done so using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard SSL encryption. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing once you have placed your order

It is the customer's responsibility to know their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of these products.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Henning Group Ships all packages using USPS based on the shipping method that the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).

International Shipping

Our products are currently available in Canada, Norway, Sweden, and Australia though our approved international dealers.  If you are trying to order with an International shipping or billing address, and wondering why our website won't let you order, review our export guidelines before contacting us.  

Backorders

This website displays current and accurate inventory status. Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:

  • Ship Complete - Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts
  • Ship Available - Ship all available parts, then ship the remaining parts when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order. Keep in mind the customer will incur shipping charges for each part of their order.

Most backordered items will display an estimated delivery date. This is the date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.

Returns

We want to help you figure it out and get back out to the range.  For technical assistance or questions on any of our parts that you need or have already received, either leave a detailed voice message at (720)325-7890 or send us a short, concise email to orders@henningshop.com.  Include your best contact information.  

If there is an error in shipment, such as we shipped a product different than what you ordered, we will reship the correct product to you at no charge upon receipt of the incorrect product.  The product must be received new, unused and in original packaging. 

Returns received within 30-days unused, uninstalled and in original packaging may be accepted for exchange or refund.  Include your invoice with a good-old-fashioned handwritten note so we can better help you.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Henning Wallgren designs and manufactures the majority of our products, and also works directly with manufacturers of all of our 3rd party products that we sell.  We love customers that want to be part of the solution.  Let us know if something is not working or if you have design or field testing suggestions and we will work out a satisfactory solution.
